VisionSnapAI is a mobile application developed by X-Robotics ("we," "our," or "the Company"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our App.

1. Camera and Visual Data

• Camera Access: The App requires access to your device’s camera to perform real-time object detection.

• Image Processing: Visual data is processed locally on your device for object tracking. When you request a deep identification, a snapshot is sent to our secure AI partners (Anthropic and Google) for analysis.

• Data Retention: We do not store your images on our servers. Snapshots are used only for the immediate identification request and are discarded after the result is delivered

2. Third-Party AI Services

To provide high-quality identification, the App utilizes:

• Anthropic (Claude AI)

• Google (Gemini AI & ML Kit) These services receive the image data solely to provide identification text. They do not receive your name, email, or any personal identifiers from this App.

3. Permissions used by the App

• Camera: To see and identify objects.

• Internet: To communicate with the AI models and provide web search results.

• Network State: To check if you have an active connection before attempting an identification.

4. No User Accounts or Personal Tracking

VisionSnapAI does not require a user account. We do not collect, store, or sell your name, email address, phone number, or precise GPS location.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
